The country leads in the ten aspects evaluated, which measure from covering basic necessities, institutional aspects and infrastructure, to the macroeconomic stability, health, education, population expectations, competitivity in markets, e�ciency of working relationships, and access to technology in each of the evaluated economies.

Según el último índice de Innovación Global (Global Innovation Index rankings) publicado por la Organización Mundial de Propiedad Intelectual (OMPI), Chile se ubicó en el lugar 39 del ranking superando a todos sus pares latinoamericanos, está 19 puntos por sobre Brasil que es el segundo en Latinoamérica. 1

According to the last Global Innovation Index rankings, published by the World Organization of Intellectual Property (OMPI, Organización Mundial de Propiedad Intelectual), Chile was placed in the 39th spot in the ranking, above all its Latin-American peers, and 19 points above Brazil which ranks second in Latin America.
