Conclusions• Using social media needn’t be technically
demanding nor time-consuming, as long as you run things efficiently
• Success comes from knowing your audience and what interests them
• Find new content regularly by choosing the right people to follow
• Monitor your impact and make sure you’re achieving your objectives
