To register, you will need your account number and the ZIP code of your service location or the phone number associated with your account. 2. CREATE ADDITIONAL USERS Select Manage Account > Users to add new or manage current users. Users can be assigned relevant roles — Service User, Service Manager, Billing Manager, and Service & Billing Manager — based on the permission level you choose. Permissions Levels: SERVICE MANAGER | Has read access for all sites, but can only change configurations on sites assigned to the Service Manager. SERVICE USER | Has read-only access for all sites. BILLING MANAGER | Typically assigned to the user responsible for paying for SD-WAN service. COMBO MANAGER | Typically assigned to a Billing Manager who is also a Service Manager. 5. NETWORK MAP Navigate to the Network Map option from the left-hand navigation bar. Summary of site, device, and port health are available under the geographic map. Sites and ports are marked as down when outage events are received. Data on the map is updated in near real-time. Select a single site on the map. When sites share a data connection, site-to-site lines appear painted on the map, along with the latency, jitter, and packet loss filter options. 6. ANALYTICS Navigate to the Analytics option from the left-hand navigation bar. Select the plus sign to access the drop down menu, then select Network Activity to find reports on usage and applications as well as service and site availability. 7. SERVICE CONFIGURATION Navigate to the Service Configuration option from the left-hand navigation bar to modify your existing services. You can also call 800-741-4141 to modify your services. 3. NAVIGATE TO ActiveCore The ActiveCore portal helps you view and manage SD-WAN related features. To view and manage your SD-WAN features in My Account, select Manage Account > ActiveCore. 4. 1. REGISTER OR SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT

Visit business.comcast.com/myaccount to register or sign in to My Account. To register, you will need your account number and the ZIP code of your service location or the phone number associated with your account.

• Your Comcast Business username and password

2. ACCESSING THE APP Download and install Comcast Business ActiveCore for mobile devices and open it.• Enter your Comcast Business

username and password - If you don’t have a username and

password yet, create one. - If you don’t remember your account

username or email address, retrieve your username.

- If you don’t know your password, reset your password.

• Tap Sign In.• The Comcast Business ActiveCore

4. DASHBOARD The Dashboard allows you to access your insights, network map and overview, and ActiveCore Mobile App settings.

3. FIRST TIME USER EXPERIENCE

Upon first launch of the app, you will be quickly guided through key features and functionality.

5. NETWORK MAP Swipe right on the dashboard screen (or click on the dashboard map) to navigate to the Network Map screen. Once there, see a summary of site, device, and port health along with a geographic map of your sites.

6. NETWORK MAP: SITE-TO-SITE VISIBILITY

Click the site-to-site button in the upper-right-hand corner of the Network Map to see site-to-site connections. Choose any two connected sites and a site-to-site line appears on the map along with latency, jitter, and packet loss for that connection.

8. SITE DETAILS View abbreviated site details including WAN port performance: jitter, latency, and packet loss displayed with max (peak) and min values to any connected sites. The site’s provisioned bandwidth and throughput are also displayed.

7. INSIGHTS Swipe left on the dashboard screen (or click the insight card at top of dashboard) to navigate to the Insights screen. The Insights screen presents both live and past insights in your SD-WAN network.

9. SETTINGS/FEEDBACKClicking the Settings cog on the upper-right-hand corner of the dashboard screen to navigate to the Settings screen. Once there, you can opt-in to receive SMS/push notifications about network insights. You can also send us feedback regarding the ActiveCore Mobile App or ActiveCore SD-WAN from directly in app.
