Best Practices

When new to creating reports, plan out your report on paper first.

When adding a new field in Studio, it might not show up in Reports right away. You might need to close your browser and reopen.

Create a Role for all users that doesn’t allow anyone to Edit or Delete other user’s reports.

Instead of creating reports from scratch, copy an existing report.

Future of Reports

Enhanced Sorting and Grouping Options

Ability for users to schedule and publish reports to others

Ability to summarize the Activity data from multiple modules ( Calls, Emails, Meetings, Notes and Tasks)

Enhanced relationship handling
