Verizon Message Center is a web-based mail app that can manage all of your Verizon email accounts, and also create a shared online calendar for your family.
To get started, visit verizon.com/myverizon , and log in with your Verizon user name and password. This is the same information you use to manage your account. If you don’t know your user name and password, you can retrieve or reset them here .

Getting Started With Verizon Message Center
Access Message Center by selecting Email & News, and then Email. You also can access it directly at webmail.verizon.com .
In the default view for new users, your Inbox is always displayed on the right. Your personal folders are accessible on the left.

You can show or hide the email Preview Pane in the Settings menu, as well as customize other features. Click Account Settings and Email Settings to reset your password, manage your sub-accounts, or get help with email configuration. Click Save to apply any changes.
To open an email message, click it once to have it display in the email Preview Pane, or double-click to open it in a separate tab.

Your account includes 250MB of email storage. To see how much storage you’re using, click the Message Center Storage link.
To forward or reply to a message, use the Actions pull-down menu or click one of the action icons on the right.

You can move messages from your Inbox using the Move To function, or simply drag-and-drop.
Report messages as spam by selecting one or more messages and clicking the Spam button.
