Top 5 ways to improve your chances to sell your home! Lists are everywhere, which one do you listen to?

The Experts!! Since starting my career in 1972, I have represented hundreds of Sellers in the Northland successfully sell their homes.
Tip #1
Remove snow from entries and walkways. You want to show your home to potential buyers, if they cannot access the home due to snow pile up or dangerous ice, that makes it hard for them to do.
Tip #2
Don’t ask buyers to remove their shoes and ensure to keep the home interior temp at 60 degrees. You want them to envision living in the space, they shouldn’t shiver!
Tip #3
You want the home to be bright and inviting so having lights on, will help the buyer and agent see the flow of the home without searching for light switches!
Tip #4
Declutter!!! This is one of the most important things you will do in the process! Not just interior, but exterior and garage as well. I recommend renting a storage unit if needed so you aren’t just moving the clutter from one room to the garage.
