+System 3RAutomation & Tooling

The Macro System features Stainless Steel Pallets with flexible references and 6,000N clamp force. The Carbide Chuck references will assure 2um accuracy over years of service.

The Macro Magnum System incorporates all of the features of the Macro system, it can hold the 3R Macro Pallets with the same drawbars as used in the Macro system. Its 16,000N clamp force and 156mm diameter footprint is ideal for larger part applications.

Dynafix is suitable for use in tough work environments, with automatic air-blast cleaning of the references and peripheral sealing. The easily-handled aluminum pallets have reference elements of hardened, high-alloy steel and directly measurable Z-references. With High Capacity Clamp Force 60,000N in a compact 280 x 280mm package.The Dynafix System is a recommended solution for the optional pallet changer available on the Laser Texturing machines offered by GF Machining Solutions.

WorkPartner 1+ offers maximum magazine capacity in using minimum floor space. The modular magazines give an large flexibility that can be adapted to each user’s needs. Starting with a single magazine, a second can be added whenever required.

WorkPartner 1+ is ideal for Laser texturing, Milling, Die-sinking and Wire EDM machines.

3R Delphin System: give you the flexibility to build pallets to yourindividual needs. With simple components consisting of locating drawbars and your choice of Hydraulic or Pneumatic Chuck actuation pallets have been designed and built in sizes over 10 x 10 meters.
