Muffin Batter

GFS® Muffin Batters are a simple way to make scrumptious muffins that always look, taste and smell great. Made from the very best ingredients, our batters have no preservatives and zero trans fat! We only use the best fruits and vegetables and fresh whole liquid eggs. Our batters are easy to prepare and eliminate the inventory, handling and scheduling of numerous raw ingredients. Preparation & Handling: Remove pre-mixed frozen batter from freezer and thaw in refrigerator. Deposit scooped batter in paper lined muffin pans. Product must always be kept frozen and refrigerated after use.Baking Temperatures & Times: Convection Oven: 325 - 350°F (160 - 100°C) for 25 - 30 minutes. Conventional Oven: 345 - 365°F (175 -185°C) for 25 - 30 minutes.* Once muffins are baked, remove from oven, and allow to cool for approximately 10 minutes. Note: Muffins continue to bake slightly even while cooling and are delicate to handle.* This is only a guideline as required bake times and temperatures will vary depending on oven.

Packaging & Storage: Each pail contains raw muffin batter. Packaged in tamper proof pails. Should be kept frozen until use. Used batter to be refrigerated.

Shelf Life: 7 days refrigerated after thawing/ 6 months frozen.
