Gil Oviedo is a Hospitality Development Management Executive with a proven talent in directing the design and delivery of real estate development projects from conception through construction. With 25+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, Gil has led project teams on high profile resort hotels such as the Atlantis The Palm Dubai, Four Seasons Punta Mita Mexico, and Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. Gil’s specialty is in overseeing multiple hospitality and commercial projects, as well as teams of design consultants and contractors to deliver unique and sustainable guest’s experiences.

During the last decade, Gil performed as SVP of Project Planning & Design as well as VP of Development-Design Management with Kerzner International Management in Dubai, UAE. Gil provided the key leadership role overseeing all aspects of planning and design for the company’s projects.  Gil’s deep understanding and expertise in real estate development is complemented by his prior architectural experience, having been part of renowned architectural firms such as WATG in Irvine and Skidmore Owings & Merrill in San Francisco.

Gil received his Master of Architecture & Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, is fluent in English and Spanish languages, and has a passion for traveling, fine dining and the architecture of big cities.
