Our unique family recipe has been handed down for three generations. It starts with a proprietary blend of cocoa beans from West Africa, Ecuador and our very own family cocoa farm on the east Caribbean island of St. Lucia.

Once imported, the cocoa beans are properly roasted and ground at our chocolate manufacturing facility then blended with the finest raw ingredients
