helicopter! Complete field overhaul kits combine the overhaul/exchange components together with the

new parts to perform the airframe overhaul in the field. The following kit package offers an easy and

convenient way to order all necessary components at a discounted price.

R44 Raven I Field Component Overhaul Kit (R8209) : $121,000Includes: main rotor and tail rotor blades, spindles, flex plates, fanwheel, belts, main & tail gearboxes, swashplate, clutch, actuator,fanshaft, pitch control, TR driveshaft and shoulder harness. See RHCKit Contents (attached),

R44 Raven I Core Charge, Refundable (R8211) $42,020Note: The core charge is forwarded by the Service Center to Robinson Helicopter Company and is refunded upon receipt andinspection of acceptable core components. The amount of the core charge refunded to the customer is typically 80-85% of theamount paid, as determined at the sole discretion of Robinson Helicopter Company. The service center typically receives thecore fee refund within 6-8 weeks from the time the components are received by Robinson Helicopter Company.

Per Service Bulletin SB-78, all Robinson Astra, Raven (SIN 0001 thru 2064), and R44 Raven II helicopters(SIN 10001 thru 12890) must complete the retrofit of KI-196 R44 Series Bladder Fuel Tank by no later

than December 31st, 2014. To minimize aircraft downtime to comply with this SB, many operators are

electing to coordinate installation of the Kit with the overhaul of their helicopter.

NOTE: Robinson has maintained current pricing for the kit through the end of 2012, though it may

increase at any time without notice.

NOTE: Rotorcorp's experience is showing that the KI-196 lead time is SIGNIFICANTLY longer than that of

an overhaul kit. There is currently a 45-60 day lead time for R44 Overhaul Kit. In order to avoid costly

delays, Customer's planning to coordinate kit installation with overhaul should plan to order the KI-196

at least two full months (60 days) prior to overhaul kit order.
