the company's growth in the region. In particular, Gary established Frost &Sullivan's first consulting practice as the company diversified away from purelypublished research content. Gary also managed the largest vertically alignedbusiness unit - the Industrial Group, from which a number of successul businessunits and leaders have evolved. David was appointed as Director of InnovationPlatforms in the Technology Strategy Board in July2007. He was then made Director of InnovationProgrammes in July 2008. David graduated from the
University of Sussex with a BSc in Polymer Science. He stayed on to do aPhD sponsored by ICI Plastics, spending the summers working in theirlaboratories at Welwyn Garden City. As a result of this experience, he joinedthe British Petroleum Research Centre at Sunbury-on-Thames where he leda team working on electrically conductive polymers, polymer batteries andnon-linear optics. 8 years later he joined Courtaulds to set up and run theirStrategic Research Group. In addition he spent separate years responsiblefor Carbon Fibre Research (1989) and Performance Films (1992)(inAmerica). After another 8 years he left to join ICI Acrylics as ResearchDirector. He then joined National Starch, where he was responsible forresearch in their Specialty Synthetic Resins Division for 2 years and thenbecame a Director of Group Technology for ICI.

Payment Procedures
Payment in full is required immediately upon registration and is non-refundable. If, for any reason, you are unable
to attend the Global Congress on Corporate Growth for which you are registered, and notify Frost & Sullivan
in writing more than three weeks prior to the event start date, a one-time credit will be issued for use toward
registration at any other Frost & Sullivan event. The credit must be used within 90 days of the original registration
date and can be applied to any Event scheduled up to one calendar year from the event for which you originally
registered. Credits may not be transferred more than once, and all unused credit(s) will be forfeited after 90
days. Cancellation from time of registration will incur a one-time administration fee of £500. Cancellation less
than 30 days prior to the start of the event, will incur a 50% fee. The remaining 50% can be applied to any Event
schedule up to one calendar year from the event for which you originally registered. Notification must be
received by Frost & Sullivan in writing. If you do not attend the event and fail to notify Frost & Sullivan PRIOR
to the event, no credit will be issued. Every effort is made to ensure that the speakers noted in this brochure
are present, but changes beyond Frost & Sullivan’s control may occur. The agenda will be updated bi-weekly and
