Getting Started

Get started by visiting the Show Your 4-H Colours Give Back FundRazr page to register your 4-H club.

Select “Register My Club.”

Create Your Club

To register your club, you’ll select “create your own team.”

Give your club (or team) a name.

Your club is known as a “team” on the FundRazr platform .

Complete the Registration Form

Provide the necessary information to let 4-H Canada know who your club is, who the key leader is, and how we can contact you.

Please note it is best to register for the Give Back Drive once your club has determined a date and for your eRecycle Collection Event.

Tell Your Club’s Story

Create a personal message and fundraising goal on behalf of your club.

This personal message will appear at the top of your club’s campaign page and every time your campaign is shared on social media.

Welcome to Your Club’s Page

Welcome to your club’s home page! Now it’s time to add some personal touches.

Select the icon in the top right corner of the page. A drop-down menu will appear; select “Account” to personalize.

Customize Your User Account

Here you can edit your display picture and link your account to social media to make sharing quick and easy!

Invite Your Club Members

Once your page is complete, invite your club members to join your team by selecting “Team” in the top black bar.

Select “Invite someone now”.

As club leader, your role for the campaign is “owner”. As the owner of the campaign, you can edit content and invite members to join.

You can invite members through email or by sharing the link with the entire group. Sharing the link is the easiest way to invite members.

Please assign club members the role of “promoter”. This will allow club members to promote and post updates. Only club leaders are permitted to be campaign managers and edit content.

Remind your club members to accept the campaign invitation within 48 hours.

You’re Ready to Fundraise!

You are now registered for the Give Back Drive. Once your provincial office confirms your club is in good standing, you will receive an eRecycle collection event kit at the end of October to assist your fundraising and eRecycling efforts.

As this is a pilot for the Give Back Drive, we are encouraging online donations through FundRazr. Cash and cheques will not be accepted.

Get FundraisingIt’s time to start fundraising! Promote your page through social media channels, through word of mouth, and around your community.
