First Step: Appointing persons in charge to offices.

Decide with your group the selection of the qualified people to their positions.

Second Step Choose the nature of your project or

your best interest as a group, for example, is it talent or skills related ? Is it service - oriented? Is it hobbies or interest ? Is it fund raising ? Is it awareness program ? Is it random kindness ?

Third Step: Decide the target community. Is it the

children ? Is it senior citizen? Is it urban or rural areas ? Is it disabled and handicapped ? is it animals ?

Fourth Step Plan the necessary budget,

documentation, equipment and programs.

Fifth Step Do your best at the actual day of EIS

GIVE BACK.

Sixth step: Make evaluation of your project. Spot on

the rooms for improvement.

Seventh Step: Make a final report in writings.
