Jabra PRO™ 9450 Winter Wireless PromotionReseller terms and Conditions

Promotional offer: sell a Jabra PRO 9450 mono and become eligible to receive a$20 spiff per unit sold.

Promotion running from: January 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013.

Eligibility: Jabra resellers and partners located in the Us and Canada that sell toan end user are eligible to participate. Only sales to end users will qualify for the spiff. sales to another reseller will NOt qualify for the spiff.

Terms and Conditions: to claim your spiff, please visit:www.JabraPromos.com/Reseller9450.htm and follow the instructions. A copy of the invoice showing sale is required. your company name must be visible and legible on the invoice as well as end user’s information. All required information must be provided in order to receive your spiff. Representatives must also listen and pass the ”Winter Wirless initiative 9450” e-cademy training module quiz.

For us-based claims: Federal tax Laws mandate the completion and submission of a W-9 form the first time that you make a claim. you will be required to provide your ssN for tax reporting purposes. total spiffs earned exceeding $600 in a calendar year are considered taxable income.

For Canadian-based claims: in compliance with Jabra’s business agreements with Canadian resellers, all payments will be sent directly to the reseller who will then generate a check to the individual employee. this helps to ensure that Jabra is in compliance with any Canadian rules and restrictions.

All claims must be postmarked on or before April 15, 2013. Claims postmarked after April 15, 2013 will not be fulfilled.

Please allow 8 - 10 weeks for payment processing. this promotion cannot be combined with other Jabra offers.
