We have many housing projects in conjunction with the Arab and

international companies to construct important projects in Iraq, especially

that we are suffering from a severe crisis, according to official statistics that

Iraq needs three million housing units, so the National Investment

Commission take upon themselves the project of one million housing units

in all governorates of Iraq.

And our company has got the

first two projects in Wasit

province and the other in Diyala

province by 20,000 housing

units was signed a contract with

a Chinese company to invest in

the province of Wasit and

Diyala .

Also, the good impression after the delegation from wasit province visited

the Chinese company, and taking a vision of the technological and financial

resources of these companies.

It was planned in Wasit province to provide about 5000 tons/ days which

is equivalent to 1,800,000 million tons per year to support the

reconstruction of Iraq and an attempt to achieve self-sufficiency in the

future and being able to export the surplus.

Establishing cement factory in Badra/Wasit province has many

advantages because its located in the center of Iraq, as well as being

very near from the border with Iran.

The production capacity of 5000 tons per day. It offers about 500

different jobs, which contributes to reduce of the unemployment rate.
