Science & Stem Cell Research (Cell Science-2015) organized by OMICs Group. Cell Science-2015 will be held March 23-25, 2015 in Chicago, IL, USA, and aims to accelerate scientific discoveries and major milestones in Cell Science & Stem Cell Research with the theme “From conception to scientific exploration into the potential benefits”.

Yongqun “Oliver” He, President of Immunology Summit - 2015, and in my role as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Clinical and Cellular Immunology, it is my distinct privilege to welcome all of the participants to Immunology Summit -2015. Professor “He” has worked closely with the committee to bring together researchers from the USA, UK and countries world-wide to discuss in open forum such diverse topics in immunology as T cell and B cell biology, innate immunity, allergy and

asthma, neuroimmunology, reproductive immunology, clinical and cellular immunology, infectious diseases, immunology of diabetes, cytokines, as well as immunotherapy and vaccines which are among the highlighted topics at this year’s meeting. These topics cover the gamut of areas of current research that are representative of a comprehensive conference. The themes of this congress bring together science and industry together with global business strategy advisers, experts, researchers from academic and industrial facilities around the world. In 2014, I myself have participated in an Omics-Group organised

wide science conference devoted to probiotics and prebiotics in Orlando close to wonderful beaches of Florida. Valencia offers similar opportunity being located at the Mediterranean sea and the beaches are situated in the very heart of it. The boiling nightlife, together with an ample cultural offer by the City of Arts and Sciences, in an area of extravagant architecture - are important features for health recreation after long sessions and round table discussions of the congress. In this comprehensive conference the diverse microbiological issues, food and beverages production & testing topics under the cover of health and safety regulations will be presented and discussed. I myself have been working for half a century in clinical microbiology and human microbial ecology, serving also as President of the international Society for Microbial Ecology in Health and Disease. I have authored several peer-reviewed scientific articles in the fields of infection control, Lactobacillus microbiota formation in different age groups and their association with health biomarkers. Several inventions of my group at University of Tartu, Estonia are patented world wide. Last ten years I and my group have provided Estonian food industry with strategic advice and on-going intelligence for application of various scientific achievements in business models. For Food and Drink industry the application of probiotics has been temporarily hampered with problematic decisions of EFSA Dietetic Panel. However, you can never stop the scientific progress (L. The new Breakthrough studies show personalised nutrition future for elaboration of dairy drinks and juice beverages containing well defined strains of probiotic bacteria activating of hundreds of genes in particular human microbiota. The civilisation problems connected with obesity and diabetes need new approaches for correction of the imbalance of gastrointestinal tract affecting the host general metabolism. The need to strengthen immunity is tightly linked with other health conditions. Compared to just 3 percent of the total U.S. adult population, those currently managing stress, sleep and energy issues are much more likely to be treating a compromised immune system at the same time. As such, an expanded market exists for manufacturers of foods, beverages and nutritional supplements claiming to strengthen immunity. Of course, the ultimate determinant of success for combination formulas treating immune weakness and other conditions is how well they work.Consumers have various means by which they can proactively strengthen their immune system, the most common being condition-specific or targeted nutri-ent supplements and functional foods/beverages. About one-fourth of the U.S. general population—regardless of age, gender, marital status or income—is more likely to purchase a food or beverage if it claims to boost immunity. A similar proportion is interested in nutritional supplements that serve the same purpose, but in this case, the Boomer generation (particularly those ages 50 to 64) is the most captive audience.
