Global marketing budgets expand for 32nd successive month.

Among all medium, Digital & Mobile show highest growth.

Digital recorded an Index value

of 74.9 in October, up by 0.9 on

its value the month before.

Mobile registered an October

Global Index value of 71.8, up by

0.5 on the month before.

Out-of-Home (OOH) and Radio also

maintained their declines in October.

Radio registered an Index value of 42.5

globally, but the medium’s share of

spending fell in all regions. The global

value recorded for OOH was 48.5, again

indicating decline.

The Global TV Index registered a value of 47.7 in October, up by

1.3, but the eleventh consecutive month that the index indicated a

fall in spending.

The Global Press Budget Index registered a value of 32.9 in

October, up on the previous month, but still indicating a sharp fall

in the money allocated to the medium.

Report shows that marketing activity is rising continuously across the

world in all regions and Digital and Mobile are leading mediums.

This growth is going to head more and more towards to mobile and digital

on forthcoming months. Press and Outdoor are losing their share because

they lack specified targeting and they give limited reports afterwards.
