US and Puerto Rican merchants boarded on Global’s platform will be a part of your Heartland portfolio. Once the deal is submitted in atlas, your Toteboard may show “in progress” until the account is installed. Margin reflected in your Toteboard at this time is an estimate and will change. When the account is completed and Global’s revenue number has been converted to Heartland installed margin, your Toteboard will be updated to read “installed.” While the account will be serviced and billed by Global, there will be a Heartland logo and customer service number on the bill.
