    I Year(at the end of 1st half yearly ratings) :Certificate of Appreciation from CEO plus 10% raise on the CTCover the normal increment as applicable to the employee.

    I Year(at the end of 2nd half yearly ratings) :Star Performer Certificate to be issued, golden star embossed onthe Identity/Access Control Card plus 20% raise on the CTC over thenormal increment as applicable to the employee plus a bonus LTFset for self & family.
