AIESEC provides companies with ac-tive people to manage the portfolio of accounts, client budgets and adminis-tration, facilitate feedback to different areas of the business, as well as lead the development, communication and analysis of business plans.

Marketing

Marketing is part creativity and part logic; combining aesthetic with a strong message for a company’s target audience. An understanding of a prod-uct positioning is the key to this field, and trainees can expect to build upon previous experience. AIESEC talents support operations in buyer behavior, lead generation, process optimization, and strategic planning.

Teaching

AIESEC has a rich pool of enthusiastic international trainees, who have profi-cient command of English. They work in classrooms teaching languages, ba-sic subjects, and soft-skill workshops using fun and intuitive lessons.

JOB QUESTIONNAIRE Company fills in the required criteria for the trainees. AIESEC reviews the job questionnaire within 3 days.

PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTCompany signs the contracts to confirm partnership with AIESEC Hong Kong.

GLOBAL SOURCING FOR CANDIDATESAIESEC searches for the most suitable candidates in the internal database and generates a pre-screened shortlist.

INTRODUCTION OF CANDIDATESAIESEC provides 5-8 shortlisted candidates to the company, with general comments on their performances in the pre-screening.

INTERVIEWSCompany is able to connect with the shortlisted candidates through AIESEC. Interviews can be arranged between the candidates and company.

SELECTIONCompany confirms the final candidate with AIESEC. AIESEC prepares an initial billing for the first half of the adminis-tration fee, which includes the services of the candidate sourcing.

FORMALITIES & VISABoth company and the final candidate sign the acceptance notes, which will be sent to AIESEC for documentation. AIESEC facilitates in collecting and submitting the required VISA application documents on behalf of the trainee and company.

PREPARATION SERVICE FOR THE TRAINEEFollowing the trainee’s flight confirmation, AIESEC starts sourcing for accommodation and prepares all formalities for arrival and immigration.

THE PROCESS

ARRIVAL & TRAINEESHIP COMMENCEMENTAIESEC provides airport pick-up services for the trainee. Representatives of AIESEC accompany the trainee to the company’s office on the first day of work and provides orientation if necessary. AIESEC prepares a final billing for the second half of the administration fee after the traineeship commencement.

INTEGRATION SERVICE FOR THE TRAINEEAIESEC provides regular activities for the trainees in order to enable a positive cultural adaption process.

REVIEW MEETINGS AND REGULAR ENGAGEMENTSDuring the first week, mid-point and conclusion of the traineeship, expectation-setting meetings, re-views and irregular meetings are conducted between the company, the trainee(s) and AIESEC to as-sess the partnership and service provided.

TEACHING

ENGLISH TEACHINGEnglish, being the official language used in AIESEC, our trainees are excellent speakers in English and have the ability to conduct classes in an engaging and interactive way.

AIESEC AND HONG KONG BAPTIST UNIVERSITYStarting from the academic year 2010-11, the School of Business of Hong Kong Baptist University has employed AIESEC interns who are native English speakers and recent graduates from different parts of the world. They form the ATeam (AIESEC Team) and work as Teaching Assistant for the English Enhancement Programme for the undergraduate business students. Every academic year, 5-7 AIESEC interns are selected and recruited to work for the School of Business. Feedbacks from our students are very positive. They found the ATeam activities very useful and well organised. Students were able to learn in an inspiring environment with lots of fun.
