2016 Integrity Summary
In 2016• the CBs were sampled in 21 countries.• Total 205 assessment days were spent.• 18 CB office assessments.• 135 days for producer assessment.• 49% of the assessments reached or exceeded the expected level for compliance.
One Assessment Unit is: one CB office assessment (could take 1 or 2 days) or an option 1 producer, an option 2 group member, an option 2 QMS assessment or an option 2 producer group packinghouse assessment. 18

Improvements achieved
Since 2008 the Certification Integrity Program has:• Performed more than 2000 assessments days,• Evaluated 160 Certification Bodies multiple times,• 77 CB’s have been forwarded to ISC• Only 6 CB’s have received for the second time a Yellow Card
after improvement was previously observed.
