DroneMapper GIS Products and Global Mapper Tutorial Configure the "Z Scale Factor" and "Offset" based on the information provided in the DEMHigh-DroneMapper.tfw file. Double click on the DEMHigh-DroneMapper.tif layer in the Overlay Control Center to access the layer properties. Click on the "Alter Elevation Values" tab. Load the Orthomosaic raster layer over the DEM layer. Use the "Measure" tool to draw a polygon over the area of interest (AOI) to make 2D calculations. Use the "3D Profile" tool to measure elevation over a path. In order to make elevation calculations the DEMHigh-DroneMapper.tif layer must be loaded. This is required to provide the 3D elevation data as the base layer. Generate contour lines every 5 meters using File -> Generate Contours Load the Digital Surface Model (DSM) and display the newly generated contour lines. Click "3D" to enter 3D model mode.
