Ms Veronika Čižmárová had her internship in Malta at the Grand Hotel Excelsior from 01st August to 31st October 2015. Ms Čižmárováalways presented herself very smart, clean, well groomed and well presented ready to face any situation that might have arose during hershift.
Ms Čižmárová worked many night shifts under my supervision and can say that she has been very pleasant both when dealing with hotelguests and also with her working colleagues. Communication was never the issue as she speaks very well in English.
This student was never moody and never brought her personal problems to work – indeed a very mature student. Learning new proceduresand hotel software was not a problem as she is always keen to learn and very fast too.
I am very pleased to recommend Ms Veronika Čižmárová to any future employer as I am confident that she will be a very good asset to thatcompany. We extend our best wishes to Ms Čižmárová for a bright future ahead in the hospitality industry and beyond.
