• GMG will pay shipping to stores on all orders • Defective or damaged merchandise 100% covered by GMG • 90 day display before returns are allowed (180 day return window) • Invoices must be paid in order to have claims against them
• A return Authorization form must be complete to receive an RMA number • All RMA numbers must be issued by your sales rep in person/phone • Only GMG’s merchandise can be returned for credit • Returns must be packed well, products must be in good condition for credits
• Retailer pays shipping back for all returned guaranteed merchandise • Scan down or closeout items are not guaranteed nor freight paid
