Go To MeetingVideo Upload Instructions

Install the Go To Meeting Codec exe (if not already installed)

Rename the file to have no spaces as in my_video.wmv

Copy the file to C:\ (Computer => Local Disk (C:)

Copy Converter.bat to C:\

Drag and Drop the wmv file to Converter.bat file

A DOS box will open and ask you for you Citrix version number

Go to C:\Program files (x86)\Citrix\GoToMeeting\ and there will be a list of numbered directories

Type in the name of the folder with the highest number and press Enter

The video will begin converting, you should see a window with a progress bar

The window will say “Your recordings are ready to be shared with anyone!” when it is done

Click this to see the converted video (in Documents)

Install Handbrake (if not already installed)

Open Handbrake

Click Source => Open File…

Select the video file to convert from Documents (folder opened with the Open Recordings Folder link in step 11 above)

Under Destination click the Browse Button

Specify where you want the output file to go and what to call it, the Desktop is fine, then click “Save”

Click the green Start button

When the program has finished converting you may upload the video
