Objectives of GOAL

Build a European Partnership to create an innovative approach in the e-training of adults.

Generate quality standards that underwrite the entire process of creation, development, delivery and evaluation of adult e-training.

Build a virtual 'desktop', 'manual' and multimedia 'toolkit' that creates transferable 'Training for Trainers' programmes.

Deliver, evaluate and revise this e-training, then cascade to diverse adult vocational target groups.

Deliver in 4 European languages, disseminate widely via traditional and virtual communication channels

Target Groups of GOAL

Initially, 5 cohorts of 20 trainers, each delivering to 20 trainees (total 2000) in 5 regions of 4 European countries in 4 languages.

Adult trainees - migrants; refugees; asylum seekers; adults in rural areas; unemployed without basic computer competences.

Potentially all European training organisations involved with adult community initiatives with motivation and capacity to deliver e-training programmes.
