= MEASURABLE Example: “I want to recruit Representatives” is not measurable. “I’ll recruit 3 new Representatives this month” is.

= ATTAINABLE Make sure your goal can be achieved with positive action.

= RELEVANT Example: “I’ll hit the KickStart goals with every order and recruit 3 or more Qualified KickStart Recruits during my first 90 days."

= TIME-BASED Notice the example above is linked to a real timeframe. A goal that doesn’t have a deadline is just a wish.
