Daily Objective (day1)• Students will analyze
through drawing how to create colorful patterned
turtle shells.
• Production Benchmark• After watching Mrs. Frock
give a demonstration, students will use oil pastels to draw a variety of lines on
their turtles.
Goal: Students will create turtle drawings by demonstrating an
understanding of various lines and coloring techniques.
Day 1 – Today the class will:
1. See what we can remember about all different types of lines and where they can be found.
2. Watch Mrs. Frock give a demonstration on how to create our sea turtles with lots of different lines and colors.
3. Begin our projects.
4. Clean up and get ready to be dismissed from art class.

2. Gather supplies and continue creating our patterned turtles.
