God gave us human bodies that give us a specific form of life.

Spirit of fleshYou live by the desires of your body - greed, lust, envy, anger, lazy, demanding, selfish.

Spirit of GodYou live by the desires of the Spirit of God - generous, truthful, self-controlled, patient, peaceful, kind, responsible, selfless.

Your body shows up your moods and feelings. But there is a deeper layer to our personality – your spirit. Your body also expresses your spirit. There are 2 kinds of “spirit” that we live by:

1. Label the photos – spirit of God or spirit of flesh

2. Explain the difference between a person ruled by spirit and a person ruled by flesh

3. Who do you admire? Are they a person of the Spirit or of the flesh? How can you tell?
