NONE OF US WERE ALIVE WHEN DINOSAURS WALKED THE EARTH. SO HOW CAN WE BE SO SURE THAT THEY DID? AND HOW CAN WE KNOW WHAT THEY WERE REALLY LIKE?

OKAY. NONE OF US WERE ALIVE WHEN JESUS WALKED THE EARTH. SO HOW CAN WE BE SO SURE THAT HE DID? AND HOW CAN WE KNOW WHAT HE WAS REALLY LIKE?

JESUS DIDN’T LEAVE BEHIND A FOSSIL RECORD TO PROVE HE WAS HERE. OR DID HE?

SOME OBVIOUSLY BELIEVE IT’S REAL

BUT HE NOT ONLY PRE-DATES THE DINOSAURS, JESUS HELPED MAKE THEM

JESUS IS THE WORD T H E W O R D O F G O D

JOHN 1:1 IN THE BEGINNING, THE WORD WAS ALREADY THERE. THE WORD WAS WITH GOD, AND THE WORD WAS GOD. 2 HE WAS WITH GOD IN THE BEGINNING. 3 ALL THINGS WERE MADE THROUGH HIM. NOTHING THAT HAS BEEN MADE WAS MADE WITHOUT HIM. 4 LIFE WAS IN HIM, AND THAT LIFE WAS THE LIGHT FOR ALL PEOPLE.

THE WORD CAME A N D L I V E D W I T H U S

JOHN 1:14 THE WORD BECAME A HUMAN BEING. HE MADE HIS HOME WITH US. WE HAVE SEEN HIS GLORY. IT IS THE GLORY OF THE ONE AND ONLY, WHO CAME FROM THE FATHER. AND THE WORD WAS FULL OF GRACE AND TRUTH.

JESUS CAME TO US TO MAKE GOD VISIBLE

JOHN 1:18 NO ONE HAS EVER SEEN GOD. BUT THE ONE AND ONLY IS GOD AND IS AT THE FATHER’S SIDE. THE ONE AT THE FATHER’S SIDE HAS SHOWN US WHAT GOD IS LIKE.


John 14:5 Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going. So how can we know the way?”

6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really know me, you will know my Father also. From now on, you do know him. And you have seen him.”

8 Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father. That will be enough for us.”


John 14:9 Jesus answered, “Don’t you know me, Philip? I have been among you such a long time! Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. So how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? 10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father? Don’t you believe that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. The Father lives in me. He is the one who is doing his work.

JOHN 14:11 BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY I AM IN THE FATHER. ALSO BELIEVE THAT THE FATHER IS IN ME. OR AT LEAST BELIEVE WHAT THE WORKS I HAVE BEEN DOING SAY ABOUT ME.

John 10:27 “My sheep listen to my voice. I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they will never die. No one will steal them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than anyone. No one can steal them out of my Father’s hand.

30 I and the Father are one.”


John 10:31 Again the Jews who had challenged him picked up stones to kill him. 32 But Jesus said to them, “I have shown you many good works from the Father. Which good work are you throwing stones at me for?”

33 “We are not throwing stones at you for any good work,” they replied. “We are stoning you for saying a very evil thing. You are only a man. But you claim to be God.”


John 10:36 Why do you charge me with saying a very evil thing? Is it because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’? 37 Don’t believe me unless I do the works of my Father. 38 But what if I do them? Even if you don’t believe me, believe these works. Then you will know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.” 39 Again they tried to arrest him. But he escaped from them.


John 10:40 Then Jesus went back across the Jordan River. He went to the place where John had been baptizing in the early days. There he stayed. 41 Many people came to him. They said, “John never performed a sign. But everything he said about this man was true.” 42 And in that place many believed in Jesus.


NO FOSSILS OF JESUS. EVEN IF THERE WERE, WHY SHOULD WE BELIEVE THAT HE WAS GOD WALKING THE EARTH 2,000 YEARS AGO?

“AT LEAST BELIEVE WHAT THE WORKS WE HAVE BEEN DOING SAY ABOUT JESUS.”
