Q: WHAT is the scope of the project?A1: Save postage, paper, and time with the payroll and reimbursement check processesA2: Encourage everyone to sign up for direct deposit

Q: WHEN will these changes take effect?A1: Payroll and reimbursement checks will no longer be mailed eff. March 11 > know when to get checksA2: Payroll direct deposit advices will no longer be printed and mailed eff. March 19 > use HISA3: By beginning of new fiscal year, we hope to be able to direct deposit reimbursement and refund checks

Q: WHY is this project being done?A: To eliminate paper waste, to reduce costs in these challenging budgetary times, and to improve process efficiencies

Q: HOW does this project affect students?A1: Reimbursement checks will no longer be mailed eff. March 11A2: Student payroll checks will no longer be mailed eff. April 13A3: Student payroll direct deposit advices no longer printed and mailed eff. April 13A4: Help us be more efficient, save money, and go green by enrolling in direct deposit!
