Oil pollution arising from oily water separators can now be reduced by the use of the golden bioPillow. Combining a blend of hydrocarbon degrading bacteria and oleophilic fibre, the bioPillow degrades hydrocarbon based materials commonly found in interceptors and similar oily water catchment systems.
