Important Instructions regarding Booking of Accommodation

All delegates may kindly note that Bhubaneswar is a tourist destination due to its proximity online at following ICSI weblink:to the heavenly abode of Lord Jagannath and nearly several sea beaches which are among https://www.icsi.in/student/DelegateRegistration/tabid/137/ctl/DelegateRegistratifew finest in India. Therefore, air tickets, train tickets and Hotel rooms will get exhausted on/mid/454/EventId/54/Default.aspxquickly. Hence, the delegates who are waiting for last minutes planning may face difficulty While booking the rooms, delegate registration is compulsorily required to be mentioned on in getting confirmed reservations in flight/train and hotels. Of late, Bhubaneswar has been in hotel room booking application form without which the hotel authorities may not entertain news being the top rated smart city of the country and Bhubaneswar will be hosting FIH room booking request from delegates. Hockey World Cup to be held in 2018. 5. For booking of rooms in hotel, delegates may select the hotel as per their choice from the list

2. In view of the above, all delegates are advised to plan their travel program at the earliest and of hotels given in the below mentioned table. They may download the room booking form the book their flight/train tickets quickly. It is advisable to book hotels quickly before it gets link given against that hotel's name. They are required to fill-up details in the form and after exhausted. Ideally the hotel rooms must be booked latest by July 30th, 2018. After that that scanned copy of this form are required to be sent by e-mail to respective hotel.delegates may face crisis of confirmed room reservations. 6. All payments related to stay of delegates in Hotel are required to be settled by the delegates

3. ICSI has taken the best efforts to negotiate rates for room in some of the hotels at with the hotel directly.Bhubaneswar. In spite of that over internet some hotel booking sites may offer further 7. All delegates may kindly note that hotel rooms shall be booked on full room basis. If any better rate than which ICSI has negotiated. Even the hotels have no control over the rates delegate wants to share room with any other delegate, in such case it is advised to decide offered by the hotel booking sites which are purely driven by supply and demand situation on room partner in advance and should give details of partner (i.e. accompanying guest) in the real time basis.
