Membership brings a host of benefits to people who wish to enjoy this world-class golf course. Becoming a member at the resort gives you access to protected tee-times, advanced booking privileges and a host of social events, with the added benefit of discounts on a wide range of food and beverages. When you join The Oxfordshire, you’ll gain access to our intelligentgolf® online management system, making it easy for you to plan and organise your games.

The Oxfordshire also boasts a comprehensive diary of events and competitions, a great way to meet and socialise with other members at the club. Reciprocal arrangements are also in place with other top class venues for the rare occasion when you are unable to play here at your home club.

The Oxfordshire membership year runs from July 1st to June 30th (excluding 7 Day Flexi-Membership), annual membership fees are pro-rated from the 1st of the month in which members join mid-year.

The times below are protected as being exclusive to members and their guests. Unless stated, members can accompany or introduce their guests to play during the times listed below or any other time subject to availability.

7 Day Flexi-Membership

7 Day Flexi-Membership is designed to allow you to join The Oxfordshire on a flexible package giving you the choice of when you wish to play, seven days a week. Flexi-Membership also allows you to use your credit at any other Leaderboard Golf course, full terms available from your Pro Shop.

All members are able to play in any competitions, participate in club social events, and matches – both home and away.

How the credit system works- The following pages contain the Winter/Summer calendars, each day and tee slot has varying credit values.- The relevant credit is charged to the individuals account for every round played.- Credit balances can be checked online via a customer website.- Membership is valid for 12 months from subscription or when all credits have been used. Credits expire after 12

months and may not be carried over if membership is renewed.

Corporate Membership is designed for companies who like to entertain clients or reward colleagues on the golf course.Each package entitles you to a number of allocated rounds to use within a 12 month period, rounds may be used as long as at least 1 host is present.All Corporate Membership packages have the option to have up to 4 named hosts.Each players’ round is deducted from the allocated number of rounds.There are no joining fees for any of the listed categories. Rounds may be used towards Corporate Golf Days, providing a Food & Beverage package is booked.**Minimum group required 12. No restrictions on the number of golf days per membership year. Subject to availability.

Corporate Levy Card

A great addition to our corporate memberships is our corporate bar levy card. This is a great way to spend money atThe Oxfordshire and benefit from members discounts on the following items:– 20% discount on Beverage Sales– 20% on Food Sales

An initial amount of £450 is required to activate the account. The full amount is then yours to spend at TheOxfordshire and can be topped up at any time. Any number of hosts can benefit from a levy card.

Take up an advertising partnership with us to ensure you have the perfect venue to entertain clients, hold meetings, advertise your company and most importantly get a great game of golf played. Advertising partnership packages start from only £995 + VAT to include 6 rounds of free golf each month for 12 months.

5 Day Advertising Partner – 12 Months- 6 Rounds per month limited to week days only- 12 Month web-link to be set up for you- Fixed price of £995 + VAT

THE VISTA SERIES GOLF SIMULATOR

The Golf Simulator at The Oxfordshire is perhaps the closest thing you’ll experience next to actually playing a round of golf. With impressive E6 graphics and enhancement to lighting and texture you are guaranteed a unique golfing adventure.

TruGolf’s E6 software comes with a virtual driving range, target practice, putting and chipping area, as well as a long list of options, to make every round a new adventure. You are able to alter the weather, time of day, wind conditions, tee-boxes, and “gimmie distances” to name just a few. There are over 100 courses to choose from to play and you are guaranteed to enjoy the experience and have a lot of fun.

Our Golf Simulator is available for golf lessons, custom fittings for golf clubs and game play by hiring the simulator by the hour. Up to 8 players can play at any one time, so why not try it out and enjoy a drink at the same time.
