There are numerous trees that can alter your shots and 25 well-positioned sand bunkers incorporated into the design. The signature hole is number 18, a 465-yard, par four, requiring a tee shot up a dogleg right fairway that plays uphill from tee to green.

This 18-hole course features an exciting design that takes advantage of dramatic views and elevation changes. Strawberry Ridge boasts some of the largest greens in western Pennsylvania. The driving range offers both sand and natural tees. A snack bar and pavilion are available with a golf shop and pub. Opening late spring 2013, is a new short-game practice facility featuring sand and a variety of roughs.

St. Jude Golf Club offers a challenging 18 holes of golf. This private club is open to nonmember play during the week. According to The Pittsburgh Business Times 2008 Book of Lists, St. Jude ranks among the top courses in Butler County and in western Pennsylvania. In 2009 The Pittsburgh Business Times ranked St. Jude the third most challenging course in western Pennsylvania. Its slope rating of 138 and course rating of 73.3 attest to its quality. Nestled in rural Chicora, it is a rolling course with tree-lined fairways and some of the finest greens you will ever putt on.
