Good Samaritan Mountainview Village is located in a semi-rural orchard area that offers many spectacular mountain views. Shopping, entertainment, bus service, the Okanagan Lake and many parks are located just minutes away.

Complex Care Good Samaritan Mountainview Village includes 90 private complex care rooms in a two storey building. The main floor of the building is intended for clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia and is designed after The Good Samaritan Society’s unique cottage care model. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and wheelchair accessible shower, and The Good Samaritan Society will provide a hospital style bed, night table, dresser and side chair. Residents are encouraged to bring some of their belongings, such as a chair, lamp, pictures, quilt or bedspread to personalize their room. The complex care program is intended for residents that can no longer be supported independently in the community and require 24-hour professional care. Application and assessment for admission are coordinated through Interior Health Community Care Services by calling 250-980-1400.

Assisted Living Good Samaritan Mountainview Village consists of 89 one-bedroom suites. The assisted living program is specifically designed for seniors and young adults with disabilities. As Interior Health and BC Housing subsidize this program, residents pay 70% of their net income per month. This charge includes rent, care, two meals per day, weekly housekeeping

and linens and TeleCare® (a 24-hour emergency response service). Residents furnish and personalize their suite with their belongings. Optional services include breakfast or lunch, personal laundry service, and cable. An assessment must be conducted to determine if individuals are suitable candidates to qualify for admission to the Assisted Living program. Application and evaluation for admission are coordinated through Interior Health Community Care Services by calling 250-980-1400.

Independent Living Good Samaritan Mountainview Village offers 81 Life Lease apartments available to seniors without any requirement for a community health assessment.
