Gooey Chocolate Pudding SERVES 6 Ingredients ½ cup cacao powder ¼ cup cacao butter (or coconut oil) ½ cup spelt flour 2 eggs ½ cup pure maple syrup (or your fav natural sweetener) Instructions Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius and grease muffin tray with some coconut oil spray. Melt cacao butter in a saucepan on medium heat and add cacao powder and mix together. In a bowl beat the eggs, add in flour and maple syrup and combine. Then mix in cacao mixture and cover with cling wrap. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes. Fill muffin tray ¾ full with mixture and place in oven for 5 minutes – enjoy!
