The only minor changes made are: a. Increasing of roof line due to the increase of required clearance space internally for the crane installations and maneuvering, hence increasing the structural supporting heights. b. The changes made to the car parking layout from an Angle parking to simple 90 degrees parking.

ENSURE THE WATER TIGHTNESS OF THE WORKS AND PROVIDE ALL FLASHING, DAMP PROOF COURSES AND MEMBRANES, WINDOWCOMPONENTS, DOOR THRESHOLDS, DOOR SEALS ETC NECESSARY TO PREVENT THE ENTRY OF MOISTURE AND VERMIN.WATERPROOFING IS TO COMPLY WITH AS 3740, DR99449 - PART 1 AND DR99450 - PART 2. A COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE IS TO BESUPPLIED TO THE BUILDING CERTIFIER PRIOR TO A FINAL INSPECTION.

PROVIDE ADDITIONAL STRUCTURAL SUPPORT MEMBERS / ELEMENTS TO THAT SHOWN IN THE DESIGN DOCUMENTS DEEMEDNECESSARY FOR THE LIKES OF JOINERY, GLAZING, ROLLER SHUTTERS, MECHANICAL SERVICES AND OTHER TRADE WORKS TOCOMPLY WITH THE APPROPRIATE STANDARDS, REGULATIONS AND MANUFACTURER/SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS TO ACHIEVE THESUPPORT AND/OR CERTIFICATION.
