The 4-H Dairy members would like to say thank you for supporting the Gallon of Milk sale in past years.

As you know each 4-H Dairy member par-

ticipating in the fair receives a portion of the

milk check, as does the exhibitor of the

Supreme Champion Dairy Cow and the

Dairy Developmental Committee. This

money helps the Dairy Developmental

Committee provide scholarships for 4-H

members and leaders to attend

educational events throughout the year

and offset some of the fair expenses.

Sign this form as a letter of commitment to pay in advance of the sale. The advance commitment is neces-sary for the committee to know what the purchase price of the Gallon of Milk will be (we cannot accept any additional commitment of funds after the close of the Large Livestock Sale on Sale Day).

Make checks payable to Greenstone Farm Credit Services and mail to, 333 W State St, Hastings MI 49058 (make sure the name of your business is on this form as you want it printed).

On Sale Day, the Dairy Developmental Committee will have a clerk’s table set up in the back of the sale arena where you can make your payment prior to the sale of the milk.

The Gallon of Milk will be purchased with a bidder number of its own under the name of 4-H Gallon Of Milk Supporters.
