At GOTO Berlin I gave this talk about how we have turned traditional product management upside-down at Unruly and developers rather than product managers take the lead on identifying candidate user stories and features for our product set. We address the "mistake at the heart of agile" with cross-functional product development teams and encouraging developers to learn about our business and increase their awareness of market opportunities.
