Resource planning for ensuring efficient & profitable deal structure. Closely working with solution architect team, contract management team & deal team till signing the contract.

MI Reporting: Monthly finance packs – preparation of PPT packs to explain the MTD, YTD & CTD performance of deals & variance

analysis, presentation of the same to delivery leads. Detailed analysis report on Pay role & Non payroll cost etc.,

Team Management: Identifying and implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by focussing on team requirements. Determine training needs of team members to enhance their operational efficiency leading to increased productivity.
