Sunday 12 August - Day 1 – Arrival
Private transfer from Florence Airport to Villa Niccolo. Check in, Orientation
and Welcome drink, Dinner at Villa Niccolo.

Monday 13 August – Day 2 - Chianti Wine Tour
The Chianti region, celebrated for its 500 years of fine wine production, also
boasts rolling fertile hills that bring fame to the Tuscan landscape. On the
road we will admire the view of endless vineyards and olive groves. The tour
begins with a visit to a famous and fine winery, and we will appreciate the
vineyards and wine cellar, where we will taste a number of Chianti Classico
varieties.(Cantina Fonterutoli, Casa al Vento e Villa Dievole)
For lunch, we will enjoy traditional local dishes at famous trattoria of local
chef, and then relish in the splendid views from the hilltop towns of Radda in
Chianti and Castellina in Chianti, a historic Etruscan settlement that still
boasts splendidly preserved ancient walls. Dinner at Villa Niccolo.
Tuesday 14 August – Day 3 – Cinta Senese and Goat Cheese
Farm and Cooking Class
One of Tuscany’s culinary traditions includes the breeding of the renowned
Cinta Senese. It produces superb hams, salami, and some of the world’s finest
goat cheeses. Our guided tour will take you inside one of the most famous
farms of the area so that you will be able to discover the secrets behind the
manufacturing and production of these gastronomic treats. You will also be
able to taste fresh cheeses, hams, and local fine wines in an ancient mill of the
farmhouse. In the afteroon we will drive back to Villa Niccolo, have free time
and later enjoy a cooking class with our Chef!!

Wednesday 15 August – Day 4 – San Gimignano and Cooking
Class
We will follow the ancient Francigena Way through some enchanting Tuscan
towns. We will visit the scenic town of San Gimignano and we will stop to eat
at tipycal trattoria “Bar dell’Orso”. Its assortment of medieval towers makes
the town recognizable miles away and well-known throughout the world. We
will visit its main monuments, such as La Collegiata and Sant'Agostino Church,
which is famous for its spectacularly preserved medieval frescoes. We will
also climb to the top of the town fortress to enjoy the magnificent Tuscan
view. We will stop at a saffron farm to discover the secrets of the production
and then the owner will serve us a private lunch with homemade pasta and
local products. In the afternoon we will drive back to Villa Niccolo, have free
time and later we will enjoy a cooking class with our Chef!!
Italian cuisine is world renown, famous for its fresh, genuine ingredients and
masterful blending of flavours. Have fun while you master the secrets of local
dishes and the Italian philosophy of putting together a menu. And the best is,
after your lesson you can eat the food you’ve just created!
Thursady 16/august - Day 5 – Siena
In the morning we will visit the enchanting town of Siena, where we will walk
through the famous Gothic monuments that recall ancient times. There will be
a guide with you who will explain the historical significance of the beautiful
monuments found in Siena. On the 16th of August, there is an importnat
festival in Siena called the Palio of Siena.
In the afteroon there are two options: the first one is to return in to Villa
Niccolo and have fun activity "Vegetable gardening with Andrea". The second
option is to buy a ticket for the Palio and enjoy this beautiful experience!
The Palio is a horse race in which jockeys ride bareback around the the Piazza
del Campo. It is a truly magnificent site that is preceded by a luxurious
pageant that attracts viewers from throuhgout the world!
Friday 17 august – Day 6 – Florence tour
You can't come to Italy without visiting Florence! We will have a private guided
tour in Florence and we will admire the David and the masterpieces of the
Uffizi Gallery and Duomo. Afterwards we will enjoy a traditional lunch in a
local family trattoria. In the afternoon free time in the luxury and special
streets of the center.
There is the possibility to rent segways or bikes to have fun on the center of
Florence
Saturday – Day 7 – Walk through the woods and
Montepulciano
Today we travel through the fascinating forests of the area. We will visit
certain areas where the truffle hunter and his dogs go in search of truffles.
After that we will enjoy the lunch based on truffles at one trattoria of national
truffle hunters. In the afternoon we will visit the Mediavel Museum with its
underground city.
Note: Truffles grow in the wild and therefore the number available varies with the quality of
the season (rainfall, temperature, etc).
Season for white truffle: From September to end of December: Tartufo Bianco pregiato (Tuber
Magnatum Pico). From January to April: Tartufo Bianchetto o Marzuolo (Tuber Albidum Vitt).
Sunday 19 august – Day 8 – Departure

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, television, wireless internet and
a mini-bar. The facility layout, including historic cellars, offer the possibility of
simultaneously conducting different work shops, meetings and study sessions. The
meeting areas are equipped with the latest multimedia capabilities including a large
cinema room with surround sound that can be used for presentations and home theatre
entertainment. The frescoed chapel is ideal for breakfasts, coffee breaks, buffets and
evening dinners. The large piazza, the terrace, the gardens, the swimming pool and
woods, all surrounded by the magic of Chianti countryside, offer idyllic outdoor space for
group work or moments of individual introspection and meditation.
The buildings cover 2700 square metres and total 9000 cubic metres in volume. The
property lies on 3,5 hectares of land and is served by two private entrances, main and
secondary. The main approach is lined with centuries old cypress trees.
