EVALUATION SYSTEM:ATTENDANCE AND ASSESSMENT
SEMESTER SYSTEM
The college does not conduct any examination
on its own. Annual examinations are conducted
by the University of Jammu. However, during
the academic session, the college continuously
assesses students as per university regulations.
Theory:Twenty percent of marks in each theory paper
are reserved for internal assessment.

Record of Attendance:A student needs to attend a minimum of 75%
lectures delivered during the academic session ,
both in theory as well as in the practicals, to be
eligible to appear in the University

ANNUAL SYSTEM
Twenty percent of marks in each theory paper
and fifty percent marks in practical's are allotted
for internal assessment. The distribution of
marks is detailed below:
Theory: There shall be two internal
assessment tests of 7.5 marks each for subjects
with practicals and 11.5 for subjects without
practicals , in every subject as per the schedule
given in Institutional calendar. Each test shall be
of one-hour duration.
Practical's: 50% marks in practical's are
reserved for internal assessment including 5
marks allotted for attendance as detailed
above. In practical classes, assessment of
students shall be made on the basis of his/her
daily performance on a three point scale for
which a student can earn a maximum of 12
marks at the end of the academic session. In
addition to this, an internal assessment test
carrying eight marks is conducted towards the
close of the session, as per the schedule give in
the Institutional Calendar.
A student needs to attend a minimum of 75%
