Interested eligible candidates are invited to appear in the Walk-in interview on zn" October,2016 at 02.00 pm at the office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health (Old building), GroundFloor, Balurghat Dakshin Dinajpur, Pin-7331 0 1 for the four post of GNM (female candidates)Nutrition Rehabilitation Centers (NRC) of Balurghat District Hospital 1 Gangarmapur SubDivisional Hospital. One post of each hospital reserved for Scheduled caste category on purelycontractual basis on fixed monthly remuneration Rs. 17,2201- .Essential Qualification:

1. The candidate should have passed B.Sc Nursing course 1 GNM training course from anyrecognized institution.

2. The candidate should be able to read, write & speak in Bengali.

3. The candidate must be the permanent resident of Dakshin Dinajpur district

4. Age as on 01110/2016 should not exceeding 45 years and not less than 21 years.Document to be submitted:

I. Self attested photo proof identity card (Passport or Voter lD card or ADHAR card or PanCard).

2. Self attested proof regarding permanent residential status of this district (Passport or VoterlD card or ADHAR card or Pan Card or Ration card).
