Instructions 1 Get into pairs or small groups.

2 One student should choose a job from the box above. Don’t tell the other students what

you have chosen.

3 The other students must ask questions to find out their partner’s job. Ask five questions

then you must make a guess. Use the questions below, or your own ideas. DON’T

simply ask ‘Are you a postman?’ or ‘Are you a judge?’.

Do you work with children / money / your hands / transport / machinery? Do you work in a hospital / school / courthouse / government office? Is your job well-paid / dangerous / difficult? Do you help people / work outside / work at night?
