PROGRAMA NG COMPREHENSIVE TRANSPORT DEVELOPMENT Isa sa mga prayoridad na programa ay ang pagsasa-ayos ng sistema ng ating transportasyon at ang paghrap sa banta ng polusyon. Ang aking opisina ay magtatalaga ng isang komiteng magsasagawa ng isang komprehensibong pag-aaral ng sistema ng tansportasyon at trapiko sa buong Laguna. Ako po ay naniniwala na ang PANGANGALAGA sa KALUSUGAN, KALIKASAN at ang KAUNLARAN ay maaring pagsamahin kung magsasagawa lamang ng isang maayos na Programa at direksyon para dito. Marami pang bagay ang dapat nating pag-aralan at mga dating programa na dapat nating ilunsad upang makamit natin ang ating mga layunin at adhikain na mapaunlad at lalong mapagyaman ang Laguna, at ang mga programang nabanggit ko ay ang mga prayoridad na gawain na dapat ay sama-sama nating ipatupad, bagay na hinihingi ko bilang inyong bagong talagang Gobernador na tulungan ninyo akong maisakatuparan para sa mga mamamayan sa ngalan ng Serbisyong makatao.
