The sanction is however, subject to the following conditions that:-

1. The expenditure to be met within the sanctioned budget for the financial year 2014-15. 2. The purpose for which these posts were created still exists.

These posts were last continued vide letter No.F.22/Temp.Posts/PFC/2006/3401-3419 dated 01.05.2013 for the period 01/04/2013 to 28/02/2014.

District Authorities/Head of Schools are advised to refer to the particular sanction number mentioned as above, applicable to their District/Schools for their budget allocations/pay bill entries etc. The file endorsement number mentioned in this covering page is only for conveying consolidated continuation of different teaching posts available in different sanctions. The expenditure involved on this account is debitable to the sanction-wise concerned Head of Accounts mentioned as above.

This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department, Government of Delhi vide their U.0 No.460/DS-3 dated 28/03/2014 & clarification vide C.D.NO. 04374980 dated 15/4/2014.
