Please find below the related points which will help us in better understanding:-While Roaming Internationally GPRS is charged at a flat rate of Rs. 6.90/10KB. To understand the charging better please refer to the example below:- While roaming in USA on any network which supports Data services, if you go to www.yahoo.co.in your handset will download the Yahoo home page. The size of the page would be about 400 KB. The charges for data usage on the International Roaming are flat Rs 6.90/10 KB,Hence for downloading, the charge would be Rs. 276/-. Blackberry Idle connectivity while International Roaming will charge for 15KB every 15 minutesA BlackBerry mobile handset always sends data packets to the relay server to maintain and keep the connection live.So even if there is no transaction minimum charge for 15Kb every 15 minutes is applicable.

We will have to proactively inform subscribers who are activating International Roaming Service about the charging principle for both the services.
