Grader Operator /Leading Hand

Permanent Full-Time - 2 positions Council is seeking 2 suitable qualified and experienced Grader Operator/Leading Hands to assist the Road Maintenance Supervisor with the effective management of Council’s annual works maintenance program, working within the operational team to deliver high quality maintenance and construction work in a safe and efficient manner.

If you have experience in outdoor maintenance and construction and have current Heavy Rigid licence, Cert 3 in Civil Construction, OH & S White Card, Chainsaw Operation Competency, Traffic Management accreditation together with supervisory skills, we’d like to hear from you.

Remuneration will be based on Band 4 classification ($31.89-$33.54 per hour) of the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2019.

Live-in couple wanted for country property 130km north of Melbourne to start by January 2021. High integrity, commitment, good work ethic and communication skills required.

Gardener:

Full time to look after and develop large homestead garden, orchard and vegetable garden: plant, prune, spray, weed, mow etc; Provide on-site security; maintain pool and tennis court; homestead firewood; care of chickens; handyman maintenance; some seasonal vineyard pruning. Gardening qualifications and/or good experience required.

Housekeeper: Part time position: cleaning homestead; some laundry and ironing; occasional cooking; preparation of rooms for owners and guests; local shopping. Rent free, three bedroom house provided. Driver’s licence essential. Good salaries in line with qualifications and experience.
